My minimalism philosophy
Technological minimalism.
I support:
- Save human resources by opting for simple solutions.
- Reduce e-waste by extending life of old hardware.
- Right to repair.
- Impress with functionality, not with fanciness.
The front page of this website contains 2 images, and has total size of less than 40 KB.
This website uses:
- Both HTTP and HTTPS protocols for serving webpage content;
- Basic HTML documents in Code Page 437 encoding for all English webpages, while the non-English webpages contain UTF-8 encoding;
- Small BMP pictures in webpages, off-page PNG and JPEG pictures by hyperlinks;
- PDF documents;
- CSS stylesheet, but is fully functional without CSS too;
- No Javascript;
- Lowercase MS-DOS filenames.
